There have been some great films that have some out in the past and the 2007 hit; We own the Night is definitely found in this category. This crime film is based on a dramatization set in an American big city, New York. Some of the casts of this movie are legend in their own right having been in many other great movies over their acting careers. James Grey, Joaquin Phoenix, Mark Wahlberg and of course we don’t forget Eva Mendes. Eva did a great job in this movie and the sex scene is something that no man or woman will forget in a hurry.

The plot I set in the town of Brooklyn, New York city in the year 1988 when crime is high and the mob bosses still run most of the show. A nightclub starts the first few scenes and the Russian gangsters are behind many of the disturbing things that go on. Due to the corruption on the police force in Brooklyn it is difficult for anyone to know who is on their side and who is not. A raid on the nightclub sends things into a spiral as the chief police tangles with his son, the nightclub owner.

After this incident all hell breaks loose and police as well as citizens are starting to become victims of the mafia wars. In an attempt to get away one of the undercover police officers takes off to his family for support only to drag them into the action as well. The police chief is killed in the struggles and the club owner, eager for revenge starts to fight back against the mob bosses. After everyone is killed off, only then will there be peace however the gangster affiliates know better than to let sleeping dogs lie.
