Given her incredible beauty and talent on the big screen, it should come as no surprise that Eva Mendes is busy with several new movies. The first of her latest movies is The Other Guys. This is a funny cop comedy that stars Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg. Additionally, the first fifteen minutes or so of this movie feature a very amusing performance from Samuel L. Jackson and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. In the movie, Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg play two cop partners who are polar opposites. Mark Wahlberg plays a tough cop who is stuck doing desk work as a result of a mistake he made, while Ferrell is a cop who loves desk work as a result of being adverse to risk. Because Ferrell’s character is so straight-laced, Wahlberg’s character is stunned when he meets Ferrell’s wife, who is played by Eva Mendes. Although Mendes only has a supporting role, all of her scenes are quite entertaining to watch.

The next new movie from Mendes is Last Night. This movie is about a married couple at a crossroads in their relationship. The couple is played by Keira Knightley and Sam Worthington. When Worthington leaves for a work trip, Knightley comes back into contact with a lover from her past. During his time away, Sam’s character is with a tempting colleague who is played by Eva Mendes. With nearly 3,000 votes, this movie has a 6.7 on IMDB.

Although it’s still in the process of being filmed, Mendes’ newest movie will be Ansiedad. This movie will be about a teen who wants to perform a life changing rite of passage. It appears that Mendes will have a starring role in this movie. The cast is also slated to include Patricia Arquette and Tiera Skovbye.
